You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided in our enquiry forms are accurate. A quote does not constitute a contract until you review and formally approve the pricing and scope in writing, and a suitable team is scheduled.

4. Liability & Workmanship

The trade teams arranged for your project are responsible for carrying out the work to standard building practices and building regulations. Any guarantees, warranties, or liability regarding physical workmanship are held by the specific trade contractors assigned to the project. Proper Trades helps coordinate communication, scheduling, and admin resolution support.
